Die Tour führt über meist mäßig steile Hänge, teils durch den Wald zunächst hinauf in den Kessel unter der Krinnenspitze und weiter in den Sattel zwischen Krinnenspitze und Litnisschrofen. Hier liegt auf einer Höhe von 1714 m die Gräner Ödenalpe. Auf dem Anstieg zum Litnisschrofen gehen wir zunächst über die Südosthänge. Auf dem letzten Stück ist teilweise Trittsicherheit gefordert und felsige Passagen werden gemeistert. Die nicht durchgängig ideale, aber wunderschöne Abfahrt erfolgt über dieselbe Route wie der Aufstieg. Die Tour belohnt immer wieder mit spektakulären Ausblicken auf die Gipfel der Region und auf die weiß verschneiten Berghänge.
