Die Route bietet anspruchsvolle Kletterpassagen, die allerdings nur für fortgeschrittene Kletterer empfehlenswert sind. Insbesondere der kraftraubende Überhang und die Échelle de l’Enfer (Höllenleiter) erfordern Erfahrung und Schwindelfreiheit. Auf der Tour passieren wir einige interessante Punkte wie den Wasserfall oder die Ruine des Château de Montfort. Zudem können wir immer wieder Blicke auf die steilste Zahnradbahn Europas werfen, die zwischen Montfort und Saint-Hilaire du Touvet verkehrt.
