Muzej u Trebinju je osnovan 1952. godine. Smješten je u Starom gradu, u dominantnoj zgradi bivše gimnazije, odnosno Austrougarske kasarne. Zgrada muzeja je renovirana 2013. godine, a zajedno sa svim pratećim objektima (toranj, stanica golubova pismonoša, dvorište unutar srednjovjekovnog bedema) čini atraktivnu ambijentalnu cjelinu.

Nobelovac Ivo Andrić rođen je 9.10.1892. godine u travničkoj mahali Zenjak.

If you are a literature lover, this house will be a ''must-see'' place in Herceg Novi. This was a home of Nobel prize winner Ivo Andrić and his wife Milica Babić. 

Stumberger has collected a valuable collection of antiquities that adorned his house in an exquisite ambiance, which he invented at the end of the '50s, later called the Old Captain's House.
