fantastic self assist hard shell kayak trip from minam to troy. flows were 5900 on put in which dropped to 5500 on 6/16/2019, great level to play in and not worry about holes or scraping or if you needed to roll. speed was 6 mph.

This is the middle leg of the Chincoteague to Old Ferry Landing, one-way trip. Other sections are Pope Bay to Pine Tree and Pine Tree to Old Ferry Landing. If N/ NW winds, the north to south route is recommended.

Easy paddle with a couple portages from Finger Lake to Wasilla Lake - can easily be shortened to stopping at Seward Meridian. Start at Cottonwood lake, and no portages if you stop at Seward Meridian.Almost 7 miles at least from end to end. Just an easy 2 miles from Cottonwood to Seward Meridian.
