30F: Dolgellau to Machynlleth Exploration of Dyfi Forest. Mostly on good forest roads although the bridle way out of Llwydiarth has now been damaged by trail-bikes and it is probably better to find a detour

This is a great circular cycle following the Taff Trail from Treharris to Pontsticill Reservoir in the Brecon Beacons.

30E: Bala to Welshpool Easy little ride around Llyn Efyrnwy. Great views and three bird hides to visit. 

This is a great scenic route around the Wye Valley area

This is a 74K scenic circular road cycle route around Chepstow, Tintern, Monmouth, Raglan and Usk areas.

31C: South-West Wales Circuit of Cors Caron National Nature Reserve consisting of three raised bogs - areas of deep peat that have built up over the last 12000 years surrounded by a complex and unique mix of habitats - reedbeds, wet grasslands, woodland and rivers, streams and ponds.

A scenic route along the foothills of the Preseli Mountains. Prehistoric remains abound including standing stones, a stone circle and sites of ancient battles

A scenic circular route that unfortuntely requires some time on the busy A470 so powerful rear flashing lights and high viz clothing are advised.  Off the main road this is a quiet rambling narrow country road.

Route starting on Thomas Telford's famous Menai Suspension Bridge, taking mainly quiet lanes to Beaumaris

A circular traffic free (almost) route taking in Pontypool, Blaenavon, Brynmawr, Llanfoist (Abergavenny) and back to Pontypool
