東京のオフィス街に近く、ルートの景色もいいことから、日本で一番有名なランニングコースといってもよいだろう。多い日には１万人を超える人が走るといわれている。

This is your track if you want to run with some speed and avoid traffic and pedestrians. It runs on broad pavements in good condition. There are few crossing roads, plenty of shading trees and high modern buildings which provide visual aid so you don't need to keep eyes on your phone.

Near the busy streets of Shinjuki or Kabukichi there are trees and quite neighborhoods with low buildings and few cars or pedestrians. This track takes you through streets where you can keep a good speed and breath fresh air. It goes through two sections of the lush and forest-like Toyoma park.

This track starts around the Sakae subway station close to Nagoya TV tower, follows the narrow Hori River to Nagoya Castle and go back to Nagoya TV tower. The track seeks shadow, minimal traffic and opportunities to see some trees.
